* Telehealth appointments only * I provide SAP evaluations and return-to-duty services under 49 CFR Part 40 for both employees who need to complete the SAP process and employers who need a dependable referral resource. I understand that when SAP services are needed, the process can feel stressful, confusing, and uncertain for everyone involved. My goal is to make it professional, respectful and as straightforward as possible. I provide initial SAP evaluations, treatment or education recommendations, follow-up evaluations, and follow-up testing plans, along with clear communication throughout the process. For added convenience, evaluations are conducted by telehealth, allowing for prompt scheduling and reducing the burden of travel for folks in our part of West Virginia.
