If you can't find yourself in the SAPlist directory, please first take the following steps:
- Log into your account and navigate to your Account Summary page
- Confirm that all of the items on the Account Checklist have a green checkbox next to them.
- If any of them have a red "x," please resolve the related issue.
Many SAPs do not realize that their Original Qualification Training and their Initial SAP Exam are two separate requirements. Please make sure they are recorded as such in your profile.
